Daily Body terms of use

These terms apply when you use Daily Body, published by CyberInnovate FZ-LLC (“CyberInnovate”, “we”). By installing or using Daily Body, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Using Daily Body

• You may use Daily Body for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country.
• You are responsible for keeping your device and any account credentials secure.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or interfere with the app or its services.

Not medical advice

Daily Body is not a medical device. It describes visible appearance only and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or body-fat, weight, BMI or body-composition measurement. Always follow the advice of a qualified health professional, and seek immediate help in an emergency.

AI-generated content

Some features generate suggestions or dialogue using AI. These can be wrong. Use your own judgement, and tell us when something is off.

Testing builds

TestFlight and other pre-release builds are provided for evaluation, may change or stop working without notice, and may lose data. Please don’t rely on them for anything important.

Price

Daily Body is free during testing. Pricing will be announced before public release; any purchases will go through the App Store and its terms, including refunds.

Your content

Anything you create in Daily Body remains yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process it so the app works for you, as described in the Daily Body privacy policy.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features, with reasonable notice of changes that materially affect you. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CyberInnovate is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
